Soldiers, by nature, typically don't complain. In other words, the real impact of those who are disabled from the US invasions in Iraq, Afghanistan and other Nations, is not fully reflected in the official Veterans Affairs numbers.
WHEN SOLDIERS ARE SENT TO MURDER WOMEN AND CHILDREN THEY TEND TO NEVER BE ABLE TO LIVE NORMAL LIVES THERE AFTER.
How come the government numbers of 3,777 as of 9/7/7 are so low? The answer is simple, the government does not want the 73,000 dead to be compared to the 55,000 U.S. soldiers killed in Vietnam Iraq = Vietnam.
What the government is doing is only counting the soldiers that die in action before they can get them into a helicopter or ambulance. Any soldier who is shot but they get into a helicopter before he dies is not counted.
73,000 dead amongst the U.S. soldiers for this scale operation using weapons of mass destruction is not high - we expect the great majority of U.S. soldiers who took part in the invasion of Iraq to die of uranium poisoning, which can take decades to kill.
From a victors perspective, above any major war in history, The Gulf War has taken the severest toll on soldiers.
More than 1,820 tons of radio active nuclear waste uranium were exploded into Iraq alone in the form of armor piercing rounds and bunker busters, representing the worlds worst man made ecological disaster ever. 64 kg of uranium were used in the Hiroshima bomb.

Responding to a Haaretz report that Syria is boosting its army and moving troops closer to its border with Israel, Defense Minister Amir Peretz said Thursday that Israel should refrain from making further statements regarding Syria, and urged officials to avoid a verbal escalation of tensions.
Speaking at his weekly meeting with Defense Ministry officials, Peretz said that the situation would be assessed based on concrete information, and that the army would prepare itself as necessary.
Earlier Thursday, Israel Radio quoting Syrian parliament member Mohammed Habash as denying the Haaretz report. According to the radio, Habash told the Dubai-based Al Arabiya satellite channel that nothing has changed in terms of troop size along the border, but "Syria is fully prepared for any situation [that may develop]."

Habash warned that should "Israel decide to do something stupid, it would pay a heavy price."
Addressing the charge that Syria's military buildup is being funded by Iran, the radio quoted Habash as saying that the "cooperation between Damascus and Tehran is no secret, as both are being faced with a direct threat."
The Syrian armed forces are being strengthened in an unprecedented way in recent memory with the help of generous funding from Iran and its troops appear to be moving closer to the border with Israel.
The Syrians are bolstering their forces in all areas except the air force, which has been believed to be weak for some time. The main emphasis of the efforts has been missiles and long-range rockets to compensate for the weak air force.
The Syrian navy, after years of neglect, is also being reinforced with an Iranian version of a Chinese anti-ship missile, similar to the one used by Hezbollah during the second Lebanon war to strike the Israeli destroyer INS Hanit.
In addition to the overall strengthening of the armed forces in Syria, there has been a redeployment of forces along the front lines. It appears that the Syrians have moved forces closer to the border with Israel on the Golan Heights.
The Yom Kippur War on the Syrian front began with a raid by helicopter-borne Syrian commandos on the Hermon listening post, which they then occupied. The position was not taken by Israeli forces until the end of the war in a very costly battle involving Golani and Paratrooper Brigade troops.
Syria's rebuilding of its military strength has also included test launches of ballistic missiles. Lately, the Syrians test-fired a Scud-D surface-to-surface missile, the latest version of a Soviet-era missile. The Scud-D has a 400-kilometer range and covers most of the territory of Israel.
More than a year ago the Syrians held a missile test but suffered a failure when one of them diverted from its trajectory and fell inside Turkish territory. The debris also fell in populated areas but no losses were reported. Turkey filed an official complaint with Syria, and Damascus apologized for the unusual accident.
In the Scud-D test, two missiles were fired, and the test is believed to have been successful. It is not known what type of warhead the missiles were armed with.
In addition to the larger Scud-type missiles, Syria is in possession of two smaller rockets, and both have been supplied to Hezbollah. One rocket is a 220mm rocket armed with a cluster-bomb warhead, and the other is a 305mm caliber rocket. The range of these rockets is estimated to be several dozen kilometers.
The missiles and rockets are part of an effort to compensate for the obvious weakness of the Syrian air force. This way Syrians could strike Israeli cities and also carry out accurate attacks against military targets inside the country.
The newest and most surprising aspect of the Syrian effort is taking place in its naval forces. In recent years the Syrian navy had been neglected, starting with the decommissioning of its submarines. Later, most of its missile boats came into disrepair or were not upgraded. The Syrian navy made do with the task of coastal defense, using Russian-made surface-to-sea missiles, some with long-range capability, in the area of the port of Tartus.
However, it appears that the Syrians have chosen to adopt some of the Lebanon war's lessons, and with Iranian help they have renewed emphasis on their navy. The Hezbollah success against the Israeli navy came with the use of upgraded Chinese-made C-802 missiles. Hezbollah launched these missiles against the destroyer INS Hanit, probably with the direct support of Iranian officers. A missile struck the ship, killed four crew members and caused serious damage.
Syria set to secure advanced anti-tank missiles from Russia Damascus is close to concluding a large deal with Russia to procure thousands of advanced anti-tank missiles for the Syrian army, according to information received in Israel recently. Such a development suggests that Israel's diplomatic efforts to block the sale have failed.
According to various estimates the deal is worth several hundred million dollars and involves several thousand advanced anti-tank missiles.
For years Syria secured anti-tank missiles from the Soviet Union and later from Russia. During the war in Lebanon last summer Israel found proof that Syria had transferred to Hezbollah advanced Russian-made anti-tank missiles from its arsenal.
Evidence of the existence of these advanced missiles, the Kornet AT-14 and Metis AT-13, came in the form of crates discovered in the villages of Ghandurya and Farun, close to the Saluki River. The shipment documents showed that they had been procured by the Syrian army and transferred to Hezbollah.
Until Israel was able to produce such evidence the authorities in Moscow refused to acknowledge that advanced Russian-made weapons were being transferred to Hezbollah.
But after the war, an Israeli delegation that included members of the National Security Council and the Foreign Ministry presented the evidence to senior Russian officials.
The Russians promised to reevaluate some of the planned arms deals with Syria to ensure that advanced weaponry would not make its way to terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah.
However, there are now concerns in Israel that Russia will not keep its promise and that the deal with Damascus for the anti-tank missiles is near being finalized.
Syria stepped up its efforts to convince Russia to make the sale following the lessons it reached from the war in Lebanon. The fact that Hezbollah succeeded in delaying an Israeli armored column at the battle near the Saluki River with accurate fire from anti-tank missiles was noted favorably in Arab armies.
In retrospect, and following an IDF study, the number of tanks that were actually damaged during fighting in the war did not exceed several dozen, and in some of them the damage suffered was very minimal. But missile types like the Kornet and the Metis proved their destructive abilities and in some cases even penetrated the armor of the Merkava Mark IV, which is considered to be the best protected tank in the world.
The IDF found it difficult to counter this threat, particularly since the weapons could be fired accurately from distances of five kilometers.
One of the lessons of the war for Syria was that it needed to improve areas in which it had a relative advantage against the IDF, like the anti-tank missile, and surface-to-surface missiles that can threaten Israel's home front.
In addition, Palestinian militant groups have intensified their efforts to smuggle anti-tank missiles from Sinai to the Gaza Strip.
Armored and infantry units in the IDF are now undergoing training in tactical maneuvers that will enable them to counter anti-tank missiles. In addition, there are efforts to upgrade the anti-tank missiles in Israel's arsenal.
Russian Military Analysts are reporting today that President Putin has issued orders to the Russian Interior Ministry to ‘immediately’ dispatch Spetsnaz (Special Forces) troops to Iran to protect ‘vital’ Russian assets, including the Bushehr Nuclear power plant. These reports state that this order from President Putin to the Interior Ministry includes the phrase, “against any and all hostile forces”, and which analysts state is a direct threat to US and Israeli Forces currently massing for their planned attack and invasion of Iran. According to these reports, President Putin was ‘strongly’ lobbied by Saudi Arabia to create a ‘buffer’ against further US aggression in the Gulf Region, and which the Saudi King in his talks with President Putin this week stated his belief that the United States after attacking Iran would then set its sites upon his oil rich nation. The fears of Saudi Arabia about an American takeover of their oil fields was further confirmed this week with the pronouncements of US Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns to end US oil purchases from Venezuela, and which would leave only the Saudi Kingdom able to make up the difference in lost oil to the Americans. President Putin in his speech before the Munich Security Conference this past week further warned the United States against its planned military expansion, and as we can read: "It is world in which there is one master, one sovereign. And at the end of the day this is pernicious not only for all those within this system, but also for the sovereign itself because it destroys itself from within. And this certainly has nothing in common with democracy. Because, as you know, democracy is the power of the majority in light of the interests and opinions of the minority. Incidentally, Russia – we – are constantly being taught about democracy. But for some reason those who teach us do not want to learn themselves. I consider that the unipolar model is not only unacceptable but also impossible in today’s world. And this is not only because if there was individual leadership in today’s – and precisely in today’s – world, then the military, political and economic resources would not suffice. What is even more important is that the model itself is flawed because at its basis there is and can be no moral foundations for modern civilisation. Along with this, what is happening in today’s world – and we just started to discuss this – is a tentative to introduce precisely this concept into international affairs, the concept of a unipolar world. And with which results? Unilateral and frequently illegitimate actions have not resolved any problems. Moreover, they have caused new human tragedies and created new centres of tension. Judge for yourselves: wars as well as local and regional conflicts have not diminished. Mr Teltschik mentioned this very gently. And no less people perish in these conflicts – even more are dying than before. Significantly more, significantly more! Today we are witnessing an almost uncontained hyper use of force – military force – in international relations, force that is plunging the world into an abyss of permanent conflicts. As a result we do not have sufficient strength to find a comprehensive solution to any one of these conflicts. Finding a political settlement also becomes impossible. We are seeing a greater and greater disdain for the basic principles of international law. And independent legal norms are, as a matter of fact, coming increasingly closer to one state’s legal system. One state and, of course, first and foremost the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way." Virtually unknown to the American peoples themselves are that their Military Leaders plans do not call for a World based upon democratic ideals, but are instead based upon the ancient Roman model of establishing American based protectorates around the Globe to insure the survival of the United States against both Russia and China, and who their Defense Secretary recently warned the US Congress: "We need the full range of military capabilities," including ground combat forces to battle large armies and nimble special operations troops to scout out terrorist threats, Gates told the House Armed Services Committee. "We don't know what's going to develop in places like Russia and China, in North Korea, in Iran and elsewhere." Russia has reacted harshly to the Americans by demanding an explanation for the stance being taken by their War Leaders, and as we can read: "Moscow has demanded Washington’s explanation of the U.S. defense secretary’s Wednesday statement on uncertain prospects of developments in Russia, North Korea, Iran and China, a Russian foreign ministry spokesman said Monday. Robert Gates said Wednesday the United States needs forces to combat big armies and special units to counter terrorism as he is unaware what may develop in such countries as Russia, North Korea, Iran and China." Aside from the United States war zones, and where in Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia the political control rests with powerful militias and warlords, the ‘model’ the Americans are building for their allies is based solely on powerful dictators and not free and fair elections, and as we can see evidenced by: Egypt, and which is ruled by President for Life Mubarak; Pakistan, ruled by Military Dictator Mushaffaf; Jordan, ruled by King; Saudi Arabia, ruled by King; Gulf States, all ruled by Kings. Most ironic about the despotic Muslim states supported and financed by the Americans is that the only 2 Muslim nations that have held free and fair elections, Iran and Lebanon, have suffered the full rage and anger of the United States and its allies. Fears for the American people are further raised in these reports due the United States Militaries preparing to open their vast concentration camps in the American Southwest regions, and which reports from America show the preparations being made for the American, British and Germany troops being raised to guard these camps: "The Pentagon has awarded nearly $1 million to the city of El Paso to help prepare for the arrival of thousands of new troops at Fort Bliss. Democratic Representative Silvestre Reyes, who heads the House Intelligence Committee, announced the grant Monday. The money from the Defense Department's Office of Economic Adjustment will help pay for housing, utilities, education, public safety, health and social services. The award comes as Congress is fighting a Thursday deadline to pass a spending bill to keep the federal government operating. The bill has been under debate amid Republican complaints that the legislation doesn't include enough money for Base Closing and Realignment work this year. The bill provides $2.5 billion for that work, but some Republicans want more. Fort Bliss is due to receive 20,000 troops, plus family members, over several years." As President Putin has urged the American War Leaders 'not to pose as Lord God', he has also reminded the Russian people that "Russia’s religion and nuclear weapons are equally important for the national security". It is with much sadness that we have to report today that the American War Leaders are not heeding the warnings of President Putin, and in not doing so are plunging our entire World towards the abyss.
The more are killed or disabled, the less the chance of this nation defend itself from an attack by UN, NATO, Blackwater mercenary forces. Elemental. My first hand testimony of vote fraud should be enough for a Tribunal of justice.

EMINENT DOMAIN is unjustly seizing citizen’s property, and at less than half the value.Congress, recently, appropriated $384 billion to eminent domain seize, and suggested $10,000 per house..As an example, in Yonkers, a minimall was eminent domain seized, and it was posted that they would have a hearing to decide how to develop the site, and suggestions were welcome, which means that they had no need or plans for it.Please remember that eminent domain was created in 1789 to seize the only passage through the Appalachian Mountains, and declared that one person did not have the right to block development of the country.Also, Jews in Brooklyn and PA Amish are reported as being forced to sell, or they are beaten or killed by the Mafia.
Also, public owned entities are being “PRIVATIZED,” putting more of the U.S. land and businesses into the hands of the corrupt, evil Bush/Republican Regime.Parks, National Forests, bridges, prisons, and even roads and parking meters are being privatized.As an example, a cop told me that I could not park at a legal parking meter, as he could choose who parks there, as meters are privatized. Along with this comes other atrocities, such as privatized prisons need inmates to collect govt. money for each inmate.
Also, in the U.S., elderly people’s houses and estates have been being illegally seized, and guardians declared for elderly, who are helpless against the corrupt court system.This was first reported by “60 Minutes” in the 1980’s in FL, but nothing was done about it.A totally competent medical doctor friend of mine in NY, had his house and estate illegally seized. His RN nurse, daughter and I fought in court for him, and pointed out that the seizure was illegal, that he met requirements for competency, clean, sanitary, paid bills, supported himself, no troubles, etc., but the court ruled illegally, with only the testimony of a non-qualified lawyer, and not even any evidence of incompetence, against qualified medical, psychiatric, and rehabilitation expert witness reports.The same thing happened to my mother, in a different state.The judges acted illegally, and no court personnel in the entire process objected.
It is not just the poor and ignorant, that are being victimized.I have 14 years of college, an IQ of genius level, my skin is fair white, and my hair is blonde, the Bush’s are fraternity brothers of mine, and members of my family were elected on the Republican Party.I have never done drugs or used any tobaccos, and I do not drink.I am the recipient of 4 national level awards.I was elected, etc.However, when my family died, I became an easy target to rob and cheat, especially since I stand up for justice and democracy.My house was illegally seized by the police with no court order, or pretense of charges, and I had a clear, deed, no mortgage, etc.I know of one person who was swindled out of a multi-million dollar company, and the courts illegally awarded it to the swindlers.However, it appears that most people do not need to have illegalities done to them, to lose their homes, business, and property, though, just injustices such as daily compounded loans, or drugs, or unjust laws.It, also, appears that most people who are ruined, or receive the unofficial-Nazi hostilities, usually commit suicide, or accept it, or turn to drugs or alcohol.However, I am fighting for my rights.

America, too, --that the land and mines were taken over, and the men enslaved to work the mines, and anyone who resisted was falsely accused of attacking, and killed.Also, civil wars, are instigated, in which millions are killed.The movie, Hotel Rowanda reported that millions were machetied to death, many in their own houses. PBS reports that jobs are being outsourced in S.E. Asia, and people forced into illegal activities to survive, and women are raped in front of their families, and people humiliated (destroying moral and generating despair, as described in Hitler’s list to conquer the world).PBS reports a saying is, “Why are there no dentists in Burma? No one is allowed to open their mouths.” The Guardian Newspaper of England reported that HIV began in areas of Africa, where the U.S. had distributed smallpox vaccines.This is consistent with a continuation of the Hitler-Bush-Thyssen quest to conquer the world, and make the few like monarch over the masses, and the PNAC plan(¶5,p.3) to reduce the world’s population, and establish empire.
Oil countries are being conquered to control and raise oil prices.Afganistan was needed for a pipeline to ship oil from the lands northwest of it. Independent films show that Sadam was only defending Iraq from Kuwait, and was lowering oil prices. Oil rich, Iran would never develop nuclear weapons, as Israel has enough missiles constantly aimed at Tehran to level it in minutes.
Also, note that Andrew Jackson, in 1820, with 11th Amend., gave all citizens the right to vote and equality and Abe Lincoln, in 1865, with the 16th Amend. gave equal justice to all, so it was treason against the Constitution every time a black was prevented from voting, or lynched, or any other rights taken away from anyone, at any time.

Considering that the elections were fraudulated, that could be evidence of conspiracy, also.Ignorant citizens of Southern IL told me that their KuKuxKlan is now, called Nazi SS, and they wear rings with the Nazi “SS”, and that they hate blacks, Polish, gays, immigrants, and all non-whites.
The Federal Reserve was privatizedin 1917, and is owned by the world’s largest corporation, nick-named the Bilderbergers, and draws interest on all U.S. loans and deficit money, and illegally owns all currency, which is loaned to the U.S., and charges interest on it. That is treason against the U.S. Constitution, that says the U.S. issues its own currency.All federal deficit national debt is loaned thru the Fed Reserve, and the Fed Reserve collects interest on it. No one will like you if your don’t.” was used often.Only those of high moral character and intelligence seem to resist these powerful intimidating tactics.This is probably one of the main methods used by theCIA/Bush Administration, in all government areas, to gain control, enough to conquer the world, and subjugate the U.S.

Scientifically, observational learning is one of the main means of learning, and is the main way that animals learn.Ethics and history studies show that no society has ever survived if it did not have honesty as a law or rule.
THE CIA/MAFIA/NAZI/BUSH REGIME ATROCITY OF DRUG MARKETING TO U.S. CITIZENS.Michael C. Ruppert, a former L.A. cop, reported in his book and video, The Truth About 9/11, that the CIA controls all Illegal drugs, and runs them in to the U.S. in Airforce planes from Columbia, and Afganistan, and other places, and that50% of the U.S. economy is based on illegal drug sales, most to children, and the money is laundered through the Federal Reserve, and banks.It is well known that all illegal drug sales are controlled by organized crime, and that if anyone tried to start any illegal business on their own, they would beaten, killed, or at least extorted for the majority of their income.The only ones who are arrested, are those who hold back pay to the CIA, or are used as chumps. Also, note that the U.N. reports that the Taliban and Afganistan outlawed Opium in 2000, but production returned to pre-war levels, after the U.S. conquered Afganistan.This is evidence of the “Mafia”-CIA connection.(Also, please note an indication here is, that this could be shut down, but just, everyone just refusing to buy illegal drugs, especially marijuana.)

The CIA uses sophisticated, powerful marketing, and hypnosis mind control techniques that ignorant people do not have a chance against.The marketing tactic always starts out as friendly free drugs, and marijuana is said to be “not a drug,” and good for you.Everyone who gives out friendly free drugs, is being controlled by the CIA, and pressured to recruit new customers, or may be beaten, etc.Illegal drugs create a state that makes the mind extremely susceptible to hypnosis, and the drug dealer gives hypnotic suggestions for mind control, such as to lower self esteem, break off ties to family friends, supports groups, and education, and to make their main focus the drug dealer, and to believe that he/she is their only friend. This hypnosis is so strong, it can make some children or adults, permanently change their feelings and behavior, and even forget feelings for their family.Along with media promoting legal mind control drugs (anti-depressants, Ritalin, etc.) debt, and homelessness, and “character and career assassination,” the Nazi/CIA does not need cyanide or concentration camps.
All children are targeted for CIA illegal drug marketing.Children do not have a knowledge base yet, sufficient to make intelligent decisions, and are flattered, and taught to trust adults and older children, who deceive them into doing illegal drugs, and can have their minds controlled before they have a chance. Remember that one of the Kennedy kids OD’d to death, when he probably could have been elected president or something, yet he was mind controlled into believing that he had to associate with drug dealers.
It has been reported by CIA whistleblowers, O’Brien & Thompson,that the CIA, has a project called MK Ultra Mind Control, which results in dissociative disorders, ideal for robotic mind control-brainwashing, and is being refined in children, and especially prepares them for pornography (another way of earning money for the Regime).--and also, report, a CIA project on harmonic tech that can reach deep into the subconscious, even to controlblinking, breathing and heartbeat to the point of death.
Concrete example:One of the main reasons, that I was politically blackballed, was because, I attempted to protect children from drug dealers, -especially after my brother od’ed to death,--I wrote a paper listing 45 tactics that drug dealers use, such as, it always starts out with friendly free drugs, then promises friendship, riches and popularity.Secretly the drug dealers try to make the kids to be alone, ignorant, troubled, and afraid, with low self esteem, andno support systems.At first the drug dealers are warm, loving, and fun.Then, after they cut ties to friends, family, and support systems, the drug dealers turn cold, and mean to the kids, and just use them.The drug dealers have pressure on them, from higher levels of organized crime, to recruit new money earners. All money to pay the Drug Lords and crooked cops and judges, etc. comes from the small sales and individual sales. The “promise of riches” never works out, as they have to send at least 80 % of what they earn to higher levels of organized crime, and they make them believe that they owe for the friendly free drugs they received, and other debts.If the kid does not recruit a lot of new drug sales, and all ties to family and support systems have been cut, the child is enslaved, and his/her picture goes on a milk carton.Children are enslaved until they cannot take it any more, then they are killed by Ritual Torture Killings, while other kids are made to watch.Ritual torture killings are, also, implemented for kids who refuse to do drugs, like me, if they have been given information on the formal training of drug dealers, and the names of cops, FBI, CIA agents, states attorneys and judges who support the drug dealers.No drug sales could take place without crooked cops and judges to protect them.Please note that not all are crooks, tho.Think critically about concrete evidence and write down names, of who, what, when, and where, events happen.The police, FBI, CIA and judges, are acting against the law, when they support activities such as this, and the children have no chance to defend themselves, but are just helpless victims.A government that allows this type of activities to continue must be stopped!!! - by the world, and U.N., and anyone who can think, or has a conscience, or has seen what the Hitler Regime did to the world.
As a first hand observer, legal concrete evidence, testimony,in 1971, when I was 18 years old, after I, first, reported to the police, of drug dealers, selling drugs to high school students, I was kidnapped, and severely beaten and raped by 8 thugs, and left for dead, in one of the ritual torture killings described above, but I managed to survive, when left for dead.My body was thrown into a small river with about a 30 ft deep pit in front of a waterfall.The police would not take the report.That is evidence that the Nazi-CIA plan to get kids and most of the U.S. citizens to do illegal drugs, was taking place in 1971, and that the police around the U.S. were infiltrated, probably with the “hire in government, only low-morality-hang something over their heads,” tactic.Being young and naive, I fell for the CIA control tactic, that that made me bad and disgraceful, not them, and that people would think that I was crazy, if I spoke out.There were other bodies in the pit(The police refused to take the complaint.). Years later, when I tried to report the children’s bodies and the pit to the “Missing Children Hotline,” they laughed at me, and made fun of me, in an evil way, and refused to take the complaint, which means, that the Missing Children’s Hotline is run by the CIA/Nazi/Mafia, to help them achieve their goal of recruiting children to do drugs, and beating and killing them, if they refuse, or try to get out, after being deceived into the illegal drugworld, which could also be one of the means to help the CIA achieve its goal of 50% of the U.S. gross nation product to come from drug money, to money launder in banks, as reportedby whistle-blower, Mike Ruppert.This is, also, a concrete example that could be used in a Tribunal.
ANYONE WHO SPEAKS OUT AGAINST THE BUSH REGIME RECEIVES HOSTILITIES, SUCH AS CHARACTER AND CAREER ASSASSINATIONS, their families threatened, or even death.Anyone who did not heartily support the Hitler regime, was threatened by the SS, --that bullies would come after them and their families (Conspiracy 1995). When Senator Paul Wellstone publicly spoke out against Bush, and began an investigation, he and his family were “accidentally” killed in a small plane crash.Also, just after Kofi Annan, S.Gen. of the U.N,. talked of War Crimes charges for Bush, Anan’s son was charged with crimes.Pentagon whistle-blower, Media Benjamin had a bomb go off in her car that killed her friend. The Italian reporter Sgrena was going to report what was really going on in Iraq, and her car was “mistakenly” attacked by U.S. forces, and a person in her car was killed. Bob Woodruff was reporting in Iraq, when he was hit.The number of reporters killed is far beyond probability, or expectation, especially in ratio to other deaths.Also, after Pope John Paul the 2nd spoke out against Bush, he just happened to die of blood poisoning, (a disease that can be induced with a hypodermic needle), and was replaced by a German former Nazi.
I received such hostilities, as I was a whistle blower. I was an election official, and a first-hand witness to election fraud. I, also, tried to protect children from drug dealers.I wrote a paper, listing 45 sales tactics used by drug dealers {which are run by the CIA}. Concrete example:My teaching contract at the University was not renewed.My degree to diagnose and prescribe medicine was illegally removed.Instead of diagnosing and prescribing medicine, I am now, driving a taxi for $100 per day, and working as an RN at the lowest, hardest work, and irregular jobs.My house was illegally seized, at gunpoint by the police, when I had a clear deed, and there were no charges or court.I lost my savings, and went $250,000.00 in debt for the lawsuits, and tuition, and became homeless. (Please read the whole 1000 page account.)I can never enter another college, nor pay my debts.I lost all of my friends, and peers, etc.My IRS and military records have been changed to make me look slouchy, instead of a nationally decorated veteran, and constantly employed and a tax-payer and business owner.Every time I rent an apartment or room, some unknown person calls the landlord, and threatens them and their family, and/or has their water turned off, etc. until they illegally, forcibly evict me, causing me to have to live in my car, most of the time.Every time I get a good job, someone writes fraudulent complaints, all in the same handwriting with the same pen and paper with different fraudulent signatures, until I am fired.My student loans have been defaulted, and my salary is illegally garnished to pay PaceU. for the degree that was illegally removed.Also, there are regular attempts on my life, and my phone, mail and E-mail are censored, to block help.All of this trouble prevents me from finding a husband and having children, or any kind of family or life at all.Also, I have developed somatic symptoms from stress and heartbreak.
Concrete example:Then my license to diagnose and prescribe medicine was pulled, in a deliberate, malicious, act, by Pace University, with no charges of harm, neglect, breech of standards, laws, or ethics, nor failure to meet requirements, etc. --just non-observational, quadruple hearsay and slurs, from one unqualified RN, Sandy Lewenson (who was hired, after I was accepted to the program, even tho she was unqualified, because she brought large amounts of money-grants from questionable sources with her.).I was not allowed any internal hearings, or due process, although a fraudulent hearing was held with a lawyer from Pace, before Sandra Lewenson as the fraudulent hearing officer.Her charges were blatantly fraud, such as her lying statement that all instructors and preceptors agreed with her, when I filed evidence that no preceptors or instructors had been consulted, and they all supported me.I filed a lawsuit with 32 laws listed that were broken against me, and an 80 page complaint cross-referenced to 230 pages of concrete evidence, proving that the fraudulent charges could not possibly have taken place, and that it is against laws to pull someone’s degree on personal insults, or for no evidence, no observation, hearsay, etc.However, Judge Denis Donovan mailed me a full judgment in the mail, before my time was even up to file my original evidence.A citizen has the legal right to a certain amount of time to file original evidence, and then one year for discovery.If no evidence is filed, the other side may file for a summary judgment.However, my original time was not up, there was no motion for summary judgment, and the other side (Pace University) filed no evidence, but just one inadmissible hearsayfrom the one unqualified RN, Sandra Lewenson, who made the fraudulent slur charges, and the fraudulent hearing denial of appeal, and there were fraudulent hearsay charges from Pace’s lawyer Stephen Brodsky.(My NY state Assemblyman Richard Brodsky refused to even reply.). Judge Denis Donovan lied in his judgment, and stated that I was on probation, (there were no charges of probation from PaceU.) although I submitted my transcripts as evidence that I never had any bad grades or evaluations, and was never on probation. That is a deliberate, blatant malicious lie, malfeasance of position, to harm a citizen.I filed an appeal, listing 171 laws broken against me in that fraudulent judgment that Judge Denis Donovan mailed to me, including NY and U.S. Constitutional Rights todue process, right to a jury trial, or any trial, and student rights to due process in court by Marin v PR, Dixon v AL, Tedishi, etc.Judge Denis Donovan, also, listed new fraudulent charges against me, with which, Pace did not even charge me.In a deliberate, unjust, treasonous decision, the Appellate Court found in favor of (conspired with) their favorite side, Pace University, who filed no evidence, but listed anti-civil-rights cases, that say that schools can do what ever they want, --cases overturned by Brown vs Board of Education. The higher courts and the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear my case, in spite of the vast fraudulent judgments and massive injustice, violation of my rights, and my following the correct vast and expensive methods to apply to appeal, and the devastation of my life.My Senator, Clinton, replied, to my repeated reports and requests for help, that the legislature has nothing to do with the courts, in a denial and rejection of checks and balances, and flagrant disregard of deliberate, malicious, injustices, cruelty and treason by the courts, against a citizen, me.

The Worst is Yet to Come The Third and Final Act: Attacking Iran By WILLIAM S. LIND
The third and final act in the national tragedy that is the Bush administration may soon play itself out. The Okhrana reports increasing indications of "something big" happening between the election and Christmas. That could be the long-planned attack on Iran.
An attack on Iran will not be an invasion with ground troops. We don't have enough of those left to invade Ruritania. It will be a "package" of air and missile strikes, by U.S. forces or Israel. If Israel does it, there is a possibility of nuclear weapons being employed. But Israel would prefer the U.S. to do the dirty work, and what Israel wants, Israel usually gets, at least in Washington.
That this would constitute folly piled on top of folly is no deterrent to the Bush administration. Like the French Bourbons, it forgets nothing and it learns nothing. It takes pride in not adapting. Or did you somehow miss George W. Bush's declaration of Presidential Infallibility? It followed shortly after the visit to the aircraft carrier with the "Mission Accomplished" sign.
The Democrats taking either or both Houses of Congress, if it happens, will not make any difference. They would rather have the Republicans start and lose another war than prevent a national disaster. Politics comes first and the country second. Nor would they dare cross Israel.
Many of the consequences of a war with Iran are easy to imagine. Oil would soar to at least $200 per barrel if we could get it. Gas shortages would bring back the gas lines of 1973 and 1979. Our European alliances would be stretched to the breaking point if not beyond it. Most people outside the Bushbubble can see all this coming.
What I fear no one forsees is a substantial danger that we could lose the army now deployed in Iraq. I have mentioned this in previous columns, but I want to go into it here in more detail because the scenario may soon go live.
Well before the second Iraq war started, I warned in a piece in The American Conservative that the structure of our position in Iraq could lead to that greatest of military disasters, encirclement. That is precisely the danger if we go to war with Iran.
The danger arises because almost all of the vast quantities of supplies American armies need come into Iraq from one direction, up from Kuwait and other Gulf ports in the south.
If that supply line is cut, our forces may not have enough stuff, especially fuel, to get out of Iraq. American armies are incredibly fuel-thirsty, and though Iraq has vast oil reserves, it is short of refined oil products. Unlike Guderian's Panzer army on its way to the Channel coast in 1940, we could not just fuel up at local gas stations.
There are two ways our supply lines from the south could be cut if we attack Iran. The first is by Shiite militias including the Mahdi Army and the Badr Brigades, possibly supported by a general Shiite uprising and, of course, Iran's Revolutionary Guards (the same guys who trained Hezbollah so well).
The second danger is that regular Iranian Army divisions will roll into Iraq, cut our supply lines and attempt to pocket us in and around Baghdad. Washington relies on American air power to prevent this, but bad weather can shut most of that air power down.
Unfortunately, no one in Washington and few people in the U.S. military will even consider this possibility. Why?
Because we have fallen victim to our own propaganda. Over and over the U.S. military tells itself, "We're the greatest!
We're number one! No one can defeat us. No one can even fight us. We're the greatest military in all of history!"
It's bull. The U.S. armed forces are technically well-trained, lavishly resourced Second Generation militaries. They are being fought and defeated by Fourth Generation opponents in both Iraq and Afghanistan. They can also be defeated by Third Generation enemies who can observe, orient, decide and act more quickly than can America's vast, process-
ridden, Powerpoint-enslaved military headquarters. They can be defeated by strategy, by stratagem, by surprise and by preemption. Unbeatable militaries are like unsinkable ships. They are unsinkable until someone or something sinks them.
If the U.S. were to lose the army it has in Iraq, to Iraqi militias, Iranian regular forces, or a combination of both (the most likely event), the world would change. It would be our Adrianople, our Rocroi, our Stalingrad. American power and prestige would never recover.
One of the few people who does see this danger is the doyenne of American foreign policy columnists, Georgie Anne Geyer. In her column of October 28 in The Washington Times, she wrote,
The worst has not, by any means, yet happened. When I think of abandoning a battleground, I think of the 1850s, when thousands of Brits were trying to leave Afghanistan through the Khyber Pass and all were killed by tribesmen except one man, left to tell the story.
Our men and women are in isolated compounds, not easy even to retreat from, were that decision made. Time is truly running out.

Thoughts On The Ongoing Flap Over Bin Laden's Alleged Death
One thing we know for sure is that the reports of bin Laden's death are false because he died of kidney failure in a Pakistan hospital over four years ago. So what's going on? I can only do some educated guessing. For whatever they may be worth, here are a few of my musings.
The first report of bin Laden dying from typhoid came from French intelligence. Over my many years of muckraking, I've found French intel to be extremely accurate; however, this time around they prima facie seem to have been bamboozled.
They reportedly got the false story from Saudi intelligence, a fact which automatically points a finger toward the CIA as being the original source. Saudi intel is extremely submissive toward the CIA when it comes to such matters. One might go so far as to say Saudi intel is a puppet of the CIA. They and the CIA have had a long and cordial relationship, although this has hardly been noted in our ovine media.
So let's say the CIA concocted the story and passed it to the Saudis with instructions to feed it to a European intel. The highly respected French service would be a logical choice. What information the Saudis offered to buttress their story we do not know, but they must have offered a highly convincing report that the French could also back up with one other source. The French intel would automatically do this. What state the CIA used for the backup, I have no idea, but there must have been a backup report from some other intel service.
I believe the French when they say that the Saudis gave them the story. I also believe French intel was likely fed a confirmation of the false story by some other country's spooks, a state whose identity has not been revealed. The French would have automatically insisted on at least one solid confirmation from another source.
Were the French actually suckered? Or are they merely pretending? Did they choose to just play along with a CIA-Saudi game in order to see where it was going? That strikes me as one plausible explanation. I just don't see them as being so easily manipulated. After all, the whole story had a bad smell from day one.
On the other hand, could it be that French and American intel found something they could agree on? Could both the French and the WH have decided it was time to get rid of bin Laden as a symbolic propaganda myth? It's clear the European governments have also exploited the myth of bin Laden and al Qaeda in order to increase the power of the state. Perhaps there is a general agreement that the bin Laden myth has now been exhausted. Concocting fake videos that countless observers are seeing through may have run its course.
Many 'whys' have arisen. The Saudis are now denying they passed the story to the French. Why? Condi Rice is saying the report of bin Laden's death is unconfirmed? Why? Is American intel so bereft of resources? Why such a feeble, open-to-interpretation statement? These questions clearly fuel what is a growing confusion, and this confusion may be the point of it all.
Could it be that the WH is fueling a state of confusion precisely because that's what they want to create? Was it simply time to shift gears and find another evil genius for their fear-inciting bogeyman? They could not go on forever using a dead man for that purpose. Creating an atmosphere of confusion would be a prudent first step toward ridding themselves of a spectral bin Laden. If an equally evil, powerful, and brilliant villain with a global reach begins to gradually emerge now in the fictive reporting of our fourth estate, that guess will gain some substance; so let's watch for a new name to start appearing in the NYT, Washington Post, AP, and so forth.
On the other hand, a new description of al Qaeda just might start to emerge in the near future, a description that does not include an evil genius at the helm. There already have been some small signs of this new description appearing in the media. This newly invented global outfit may increasingly be described as a far flung, loose network of tiny, independent cells that have only sporadic contacts with other jihadist cells. Of course, the cabal will stubbornly go on calling this global network 'the camp'. And of course, 'the camp' will have tentacles reaching into the very heartland of America. In the final analysis, I feel compelled to lean toward this hypothesis.
I plan to sit back and watch for which directions media reporting seems to be evolving. If neither direction evolves, we will know that Franklin has once again stuck his foot in his mouth.
Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wrote in 'The Sign of Four', 'Whenever you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.' A man who has been dead for four years after dying from kidney failure could not possibly have recently died from typhoid; ergo, we can eliminate that story, which leaves us with explanations for the current situation that may seem improbable, but that's what we're stuck with. We have to either like or lump the remaining explanations.
Of course, I'm open to reading other theories advanced by my exceptionally brilliant readers.

Damnit — Bin Laden Died Four Years Ago!
Here are a few facts you can fling at any friends who believe the cabal's tortured lies.
I'm so tired of the years of lies that that have postulated a living bin Laden, I decided to dedicate this Focus entirely to establishing the fact that this man died on December 16, 2001, possibly in an American hospital.
The endless efforts of the White House to keep both the man and his mystical aura alive are pitiful. He was a very sick man who had been seriously ill for a long time. He was suffering from kidney disease and would eventually experience renal failure. He survived for as long as he did through the assistance of American hospitals in the Middle East. His last stay at an American hospital was in Dubai, where he was visited by various CIA agents and American diplomats. I'm sure they were sad to see him go, and they probably were already scheming as to how to keep the al-Qaeda — bin Laden mythology alive.
To survive as long as he did, he had to cart around a kidney dialysis machine wherever he traveled. He also kept one hidden somewhere in Afghanistan, probably near Tora Bora. The existence of the machines has been verified by General Pervez Musharraf, who has stated more than once that bin Laden bought the two machines in Pakistan.
Ongoing kidney failure can indirectly damage other organs. In this case, the rigors of living in outdoor encampments along with his kidney disease seriously affected bin Laden's lungs. By 2001, he was extremely ill. He spent most of the year 2001 in hospitals, ending up at the American hospital in Dubai.
On July 4, 2001, during a stay at the Dubai hospital, he underwent a kidney operation. Thereafter, both his lungs and kidneys worsened, and he would eventually die from pulmonary failure. This final stage may have been at the same Dubai hospital that had once done surgery on his kidneys. He also may have died in Pakistan, fairly near the border with Afghanistan. We do know that his body was buried amid the huge complex of caves in Tora Bora, Afghanistan. The exact location will almost certainly never be found since Wahabi traditions forbid grave markers.
His death was widely reported in Arabic language newspapers throughout the Middle East. I offer you a typical report appearing in a mainstream Egyptian newspaper. I include the original clipping in Arabic followed by a translation. I published a number of such reports in Franklin’s Focus at the time.
A videotape of bin Laden taken some time before his death was viewed by Dr. Sanjay Gupta, who was interviewed by Paula Zahn on CNN. He noted signs of both a stroke and renal failure. Renal failure often can trigger a stroke according to the doctor. He stated that bin Laden's likely stroke had apparently left his left arm useless because he never moves it at any time in the video. This is so despite the fact he was left handed. He does everything with his right hand during the filming of this and all future fake films. The gray, frosted complexion of bin Laden, according to the doctor, was indicative of renal failure, which fits in perfectly with his purchase of the two dialysis machines in Pakistan. Ultimately, according to Arabic press reports, it was lung failure that finally killed bin Laden.
In accordance with the religious beliefs of bin Laden, his burial site was not given any markings whatsoever.
As for the tapes that have surfaced from time to time, they have been amateurish and clumsy. According to the Lausanne, Switzerland, Dalle Molle Institute for Perceptual Artificial Intelligence, there was a 95-per-cent certainty that an alleged tape of bin Laden that was sent to them for analysis did not contain the voice of bin Laden. They exhaustively studied that tape by comparing it with over 20 previous, genuine tapes of bin Laden. So why were fake tapes being manufactured in the first place if bin Laden were alive? If alive, he presumably would have continued staying in touch with his followers through videotapes.
When a British-based Islamic news agency released a videotape of bin Laden that was supposedly taken after his death, al Jazeera produced a copy of the same tape, declaring that it had been taken long before the date claimed by the London source. In short, the Brits had tried to foist off an old tape as a new tape. I would seem MI6 has balls as big as those of the CIA.
These and many other discrepancies suggested a wish by Bush and Blair to keep bin Laden alive so as to use his figure as a diabolical, evil genius directing a global organization of fanatical terrorists bent on effecting endless acts of terrorism on British, American, and other soils.
I really don't know what more one can do to refute the lies of the cabal regarding an allegedly living bin Laden.
What they are up to currently is puzzling. They seem bent on creating doubts about whether he's alive, but as I've stated at length, it's hard to even guess at their rationale. I've dabbled in this matter simply because I find it interesting to speculate as to their motives. Perhaps they would like to shed the myth of bin Laden and find another villain to rail about. We can only guess.

A prominent official in the Afghan Taleban movement announced yesterday the death of Osama bin Laden, the chief of al-Qa'da organization, stating that binLaden suffered serious complications in the lungs and died a natural and quiet death. The official, who asked to remain anonymous, stated to The Observer of Pakistan that he had himself attended the funeral of bin Laden and saw his face prior to burial in Tora Bora 10 days ago. He mentioned that 30 of al-Qa'da fighters attended the burial as well as members of his family and some friends from the Taleban. In the farewell ceremony to his final rest guns were fired in the air. The official stated that it is difficult to pinpoint the burial location of bin Laden because according to the Wahhabi tradition no mark is left by the grave. He stressed that it is unlikely that the American forces would ever uncover any traces of bin Laden.

According to the Lausanne, Switzerland, Dalle Molle Institute for Perceptual Artificial Intelligence, there was a 95-per-cent certainty that an alleged tape of bin Laden that was sent to them for analysis did not contain the voice of bin Laden. They exhaustively studied that tape by comparing it with over 20 previous, genuine tapes of bin Laden. So why were fake tapes being manufactured in the first place if bin Laden were alive? If alive, he presumably would have continued staying in touch with his followers through videotapes.
When a British-based Islamic news agency released a videotape of bin Laden that was supposedly taken after his death, al Jazeera produced a copy of the same tape, declaring that it had been taken long before the date claimed by the London source. In short, the Brits had tried to foist off an old tape as a new tape. I would seem MI6 has balls as big as those of the CIA.
These and many other discrepancies suggested a wish by Bush and Blair to keep bin Laden alive so as to use his figure as a diabolical, evil genius directing a global organization of fanatical terrorists bent on effecting endless acts of terrorism on British, American, and other soils.
I really don't know what more one can do to refute the lies of the cabal regarding an allegedly living bin Laden.
What they are up to currently is puzzling. They seem bent on creating doubts about whether he's alive, but as I've stated at length, it's hard to even guess at their rationale. I've dabbled in this matter simply because I find it interesting to speculate as to their motives. Perhaps they would like to shed the myth of bin Laden and find another villain to rail about. We can only guess.

A prominent official in the Afghan Taleban movement announced yesterday the death of Osama bin Laden, the chief of al-Qa'da organization, stating that binLaden suffered serious complications in the lungs and died a natural and quiet death. The official, who asked to remain anonymous, stated to The Observer of Pakistan that he had himself attended the funeral of bin Laden and saw his face prior to burial in Tora Bora 10 days ago. He mentioned that 30 of al-Qa'da fighters attended the burial as well as members of his family and some friends from the Taleban. In the farewell ceremony to his final rest guns were fired in the air. The official stated that it is difficult to pinpoint the burial location of bin Laden because according to the Wahhabi tradition no mark is left by the grave. He stressed that it is unlikely that the American forces would ever uncover any traces of bin Laden.

IDF commander: We fired more than a million cluster bombs in Lebanon

"What we did was insane and monstrous, we covered entire towns in cluster bombs," the head of an IDF rocket unit in Lebanon said regarding the use of cluster bombs and phosphorous shells during the war.
Quoting his battalion commander, the rocket unit head stated that the IDF fired around 1,800 cluster bombs, containing over 1.2 million cluster bomblets.
In addition, soldiers in IDF artillery units testified that the army used phosphorous shells during the war, widely forbidden by international law. According to their claims, the vast majority of said explosive ordinance was fired in the final 10 days of the war.
The rocket unit commander stated that Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) platforms were heavily used in spite of the fact that they were known to be highly inaccurate.
MLRS is a track or tire carried mobile rocket launching platform, capable of firing a very high volume of mostly unguided munitions. The basic rocket fired by the platform is unguided and imprecise, with a range of about 32 kilometers. The rockets are designed to burst into sub-munitions at a planned altitude in order to blanket enemy army and personnel on the ground with smaller explosive rounds.
The use of such weaponry is controversial mainly due to its inaccuracy and ability to wreak great havoc against indeterminate targets over large areas of territory, with a margin of error of as much as 1,200 meters from the intended target to the area hit.
The cluster rounds which don't detonate on impact, believed by the United Nations to be around 40% of those fired by the IDF in Lebanon, remain on the ground as unexploded munitions, effectively littering the landscape with thousands of land mines which will continue to claim victims long after the war has ended.
Because of their high level of failure to detonate, it is believed that there are around 500,000 unexploded munitions on the ground in Lebanon. To date 12 Lebanese civilians have been killed by these mines since the end of the war.
According to the commander, in order to compensate for the inaccuracy of the rockets and the inability to strike individual targets precisely, units would "flood" the battlefield with munitions, accounting for the littered and explosive landscape of post-war Lebanon.
When his reserve duty came to a close, the commander in question sent a letter to Defense Minister Amir Peretz outlining the use of cluster munitions, a letter which has remained unanswered.
'Excessive injury and unnecessary suffering'
It has come to light that IDF soldiers fired phosphorous rounds in order to cause fires in Lebanon. An artillery commander has admitted to seeing trucks loaded with phosphorous rounds on their way to artillery crews in the north of Israel.
A direct hit from a phosphorous shell typically causes severe burns and a slow, painful death.

Greens warned that such a confrontation may spark a wider regional or global conflict.

The Bush Administration bases its threats on Iran's alleged desire for nuclear weapons, but Greens note that the White House has not objected to the equally dangerous nuclear arsenals of Israel, Pakistan, and India, and has even promoted nuclear deals with Pakistan and India.
"If Mr. Bush were serious about discouraging Iran from its purported nuclear ambitions, he would take steps to ensure a nuke-free Middle East, beginning with pressure on Israel to get rid of its nuclear weapons," said Carol Brouillet, Green candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in California's 14th District <http://www.carolforcongress.org>. U.S. support for Israel's illegal occupation of Palestinian territories; Palestinians living in Gaza, suffering economic strangulation, Israeli military incursion, and daily killing and maiming of civilians, now live in siege conditions. -
Anger at abuses in U.S. detention centers in Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay, and secret locations, especially torture and detention without due process of terror suspects (many of whom have been later revealed to be innocent) in violation of the Geneva Conventions. The recent deal brokered by the White House and congressional Republicans allows torture to continue in secret at the President's discretion.
"We in the Green Party are concerned about inequality for women and human rights violations in Iran and other theocratic countries, but attacking Iran will not help the victims of such abuses," said Kathleen Culver, Green candidate for Congress in Tennessee's 7th District. "American bombs don't liberate, they kill. Furthermore, a U.S. attack will give theocratic rulers greater power as the people of Iran and other Middle Eastern nations rally in Iran's defense. Nor can we ignore the fact that human rights abuses are equal or worse in some governments favored by the Bush Administration, especially oil-rich nations like Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, and Equatorial Guinea."
