Today, January 12, 2007, another nail was violently placed into the coffin of the U.S. Constitution, not with a hammer, but with a judge's gavel. United States District Judge Jimm L. Hendren, U. S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas presided over the staged trial of Hollis Wayne Fincher, a member of the Washington County Militia (WCM) for illegally possessing unregistered weapons. Fincher was found guilty.

In true kangaroo fashion the government illegally and unconstitutionally conceived, constructed and carried out its crime against Fincher.

The conception began with the government infringing on the Second Amendment right of American citizens to keep and bear arms. They illegally, and with no regard for the U.S. Constitution, passed a law that says Americans can only possess certain weapons if they first register them and pay an arms tax. Contrary to a clearly enumerated constitutional right, ignoring the Constitution, they restricted (infringed upon) the right guaranteed by the Second Amendment. Their action should be binding upon no law abiding American citizen. - "A legislative act contrary to the Constitution is not law." -- Justice John Marshall (1755-1835) US Supreme Court Chief Justice

Those that conceived the attack upon Fincher and the U.S. Constitution have become so inflated with their own preconceptions of what the Second Amendment means that they ignore those who truly knew its meaning. "The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of the republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally ... enable the people to resist and triumph over them." - Joseph Story, Supreme Court Justice, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States, p. 3:746-7, 1833 - Justice Story is known as one of the Fathers of American Jurisprudence

The construct of the government's case was. bizarre at best. The BATF was notified many years ago that Fincher possessed "prohibited" firearms - and took no action. The BATF then, on their own admission, recently began an investigation of Fincher months after learning through a local newspaper report that he and the WCM had "illegal" weaponry. Months after.(?) After learning of such a dangerous crime and obvious threat to the United States, it took months, to begin the investigation.(?)

The BATF then investigated Fincher for eight months - to learn what they could have learned in fifteen minutes on the website of the WCM or within a couple of minutes by attending a single regular WCM meeting. Did they feel that the length of time would somehow legitimatize their actions?

The carrying out of the crime against Fincher, and the Constitution itself, was a conspired work of art. The apparent and obvious collusion and orchestration in this case between Federal Magistrate Beverly Jones, Judge Jimm L. Hendren, the U.S. Attorney's Office and the BATF in inflating and fabricating the case against Fincher demonstrates a level of corruption that should be chilling for all Americans. These individuals and members of those agencies have willfully and deliberately set aside and ignored the U.S. Constitution to pursue their own agendas.

Since they were launching a full fledged attack upon the U.S. Constitution the government's players had to make a mountain out of a molehill. A very dramatic no-knock warrant was served on Fincher's home by eight law enforcement agencies - confirming only that Fincher was an American citizen in possession of firearms. Fraudulent testimony was offered, painting Fincher as a dangerous man, with the BATF and Federal Magistrate Jones conjuring up a paranoiac and dishonest fear of Fincher and the WCM resulting in their violating Fincher's protected right to a reasonable bail.

Then. we have the trial.

The question before the court was whether or not a law abiding citizen, as protected by the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article 2 Sec. 5 of the Constitution of the Sovereign State of Arkansas, can legally possess weapons arbitrarily singled out by federal statute as not legally possessed unless they are registered with the federal government and a $200/weapon tax is paid. Simply stated: Are the U.S. Constitution and the Arkansas Constitution in full force and effect as the law of the land and do they mean what they so clearly say.?

In a classic demonstration of judicial tyranny, Hendren prohibited Fincher from raising a constitutional defense and freely testifying on his own behalf. Hendren struck down Fincher's ability to argue the constitutional context of the alleged crime in front of the jury, insulating the law Fincher was accused of violating and then censored Fincher from telling the jury, in his own words, his (Fincher's) motive and intent for committing the act he was being charged with. When a law is insulated from deliberative scrutiny; you can be sure that those insulating it know it cannot bear that scrutiny.

Hendren, relying on an ignorant, uninformed and constitutionally illiterate jury pool, egregiously denied the jury seated for Fincher from hearing any testimony regarding the offending law as being a clear usurpation of the Constitution. Not only was this an offense against Fincher, but also a deliberate judicial infringement by Hendren on the rights of the jury. In the words of America's first U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice -"The jury has a right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy." - John Jay, in Georgia v. Brailsford, 1794:4) and "The people themselves have it in their power effectually to resist usurpation, without being driven to an appeal to arms. An act of usurpation is not obligatory; it is not law; and any man may be justified in his resistance. Let him be considered as a criminal by the general government, yet only his fellow citizens can convict him; they are his jury, and if they pronounce him innocent, not all the powers of Congress can hurt him; and innocent they certainly will pronounce him, if the supposed law he resisted was an act of usurpation." - Theophilus Parsons (2 Elliot's Debates, 94; 2 Bancroft's History of the Constitution, p. 267) - (Parsons was a leading supporter of the Constitution in the convention of 1788. He declined President Adams' nomination to be Attorney General and became Chief Justice of Massachusetts).

The results of this governmental abuse of power are the tragedy of an innocent man in jail, his family broken-hearted and the abusers celebrating their contrived victory.

This case truly has never been about the law, evidence and justice. If it had, Fincher would have remained a free man and would have been found not guilty by the jury.

My final word:

To those who are unwilling to stand against the government in this case, I say with all sincerity - I pray that your complacency and apathy will result in your suffering a similar persecution. May your personal legacy be remembered as one of cowardice and shame, and may your descendants rightly find you to be without honor and consider you to be a disgrace upon your family's name.

The big oil companies have already
signed leases with the new Iraqi
government for the oil. That is
what the war was about to start with
Iraq has the richest oil fields already
discovered in the mideast.
We have oil in Alaska and off shore
but the environmentalists are fighting
our getting at it. There is also some
problem with the pipeline.
It does seem though that if it is properly
kept in good repair it actually has increased
the animal herds. It seems that the
warm pipes help the feed grow more
along the oline and the herds are getting
fat and breeding more and producing
more calves. That makes the hunters
happy and that carabou is good eating.
When we working there in 52 a
friend from West Palm dropped by with
a ham from one and my mother in law
did a wonderful job with it.

Bush Governmental
Crisis - Mutiny Ahead?

WASHINGTON DC -- "Working in the White House is like working in the monkey house in a zoo when all the primates are loaded with uppers.

A number of lower staffers have abruptly quit, Harriet Myers has quit and others are going the same way. Now why is this? Because it is now very obvious that Bush has lost his marbles, if he ever had any, and we are headed into a major governmental crisis.

Bush has absolutely no intention of leaving Iraq. Any general officer who disagrees with his stupid "surge" is promptly fired and others warned that Bush will fire them if they open their mouths. The brass at the Pentagon and the troops in the field are approaching open mutiny.

There are very serious rumors that National Guard and reserve units will not show up for shipment to the slaughterhouse. Bush has told Congress that they will do what he tells them and if they do not, he will refuse to sign any of their bills he does not approve of and refuse to implement anything they try to pass over his head.

He has deliberately antagonized the new Congress and when he is told that the people want an end to the Iraq horrors, he claims the public still want him to "stay the course."

Hate mail and death threats are pouring in here in unprecedented numbers and the Secret Service can't begin to keep up with them. There is no question that very soon, there will be a major confrontation between Bush on one side and the military and Congress on the other. And be sure Bush will lose.

No one seems to know what to do about Bush. He will listen to no one and could care less what the American public wants. What he wants is to hang the remaining Saddam crew, launch a huge military attack in Baghdad, level parts of that city that he personally feels should be leveled, kill off anything that moves, replace the current Iraqi government with a pliable military dictator like Saddam and then come home in what he considers will be a great triumph.

A Republican Senator recently said that what Bush was doing was criminal. It is and now both Congress, the military and a growing segment of the American public are beginning to realize that Bush has to be removed, by force if necessary, from his high office.

I have talked with some of the staff members who are in his presence on a regular basis and all of them say, without reservation, that he has gone around the bend. The Pentagon brass have nicknamed him Caligula and there is a very strong possibility of open revolt from that sector. Troops in the field are seriously talking about mutiny but if Bush knows about this, he could care less.

The plain and simple truth, children, is that our President is a fanatic nut and has absolutely no business running a war. Whatever happens to him will be entirely his fault and I am looking for another job starting this afternoon."

Something here that I have long said and thought to be
correct in my observation. Now finally others are
picking up on this fact. The United States - a
communist nation? One only needs to, if you have your
eyes open, compare where we are today with the 10
planks of the Communist Manifesto.

They don't have our guns yet but they keep taking away
bits and pieces after a while they will have it all
with out most of us even knowing anything has
happened yet. This year California lost the great 50
caliber rifle. Watch, that loss will be spreading

this point this nations problem won't be solved with

NO PATRIOT SAVIORS ON THE HORIZON

Our bi-annual flight from sanity, euphemistically
referred to as the national elections, is over, but
the relief felt is mitigated by the sobering
realization that our reprieve endured for only the
better part of a day. After being bombarded daily for
two years with the propaganda promulgated by adherents
of the philosophy of one political party or another,
subjected to the continuous natter of the political
pundits who pollute the airwaves with their incessant,
and for the most part, completely illogical sentiment,
and put upon by a continual stream of inane and
debased commercially canned political ads we are being
immediately re-immersed in a continuing saga of more
of the same. Most normal people are on the verge of
emotional exhaustion from the mental torture wrought
by continuous political campaigning. It takes sheer
will to overcome the noxious fallout from this
exercise in lunacy and only the most durable of
political groupies manage to weather the onslaught
reasonable well.

Within hours of the welcome close of this year's
election a number of presidential hopefuls announced
that they have formed study committees to research
their chances for a grab at the brass ring, in this
case the grab is for the chance to list as their place
of residence, for at least four years, 1600
Pennsylvania Avenue . In point of fact they desire the
job with such intensity that they would seemingly
mortgage their souls to get it. Most have been
surreptitiously maneuvering for years to be suddenly
discovered as credible candidates, and the media
ingratiatingly massages their egos and indulges their
feigned coyness at being touted as potential prospects
for the office. Some of these prospects have thrown
their hats into the ring, and if one looks closely
they will see that two of those hats are Yankee caps.

At last count five have already made the move to test
the waters for their candidacy, and several others
have coyly suggested that they are considering the
same. The definite maybes are , New York Senator
Hillary Clinton, Arizona Senator John McCain, Illinois
Senator Barack Obama, former New York City Mayor Rudy
Juliani and that sad sack of the political left
Massachusetts Senator John Kerry. All are
internationalists with no commitment to the
sovereignty of the American people.

Hillary Clinton would like the people to forget her
battle-ax days as co-equal president with her horny
hubby. Most remember well her "We're the President"
statement. She has made her mark by being a petulant
and pedantic whiner, who blames her failures on a
phantom great right wing conspiracy. She fancies
herself as the Margaret Thatcher of American politics,
but she hasn't an ounce of the poise, dignity, wisdom
or courage of the Iron Maiden. If the people elect
this one they will deserve the fate that awaits them.

Barack Obama is a nice young man with a baby face, and
the media people have celebrated him as the savior of
the nation on the basis of a mediocre speech at the
2004 National Convention of the Democrats. Actually he
is a political neophyte with no experience and little
in the way of worldly wisdom. One can see the steam
rising from his head as the moisture evaporates from
behind his ears. A lot of moisture will have to
evaporate before this one is ready for such a high
office.

John McCain is another of those perpetual candidates
whose credibility has worn thin. A man to be respected
for his courage and honorable service as a prisoner of
war in Viet Nam , he has failed miserably to bring
this courage into the political arena. He has ever
been the co-conspirator with left extreme liberal
Democrats in a sell-out of the best interests of the
legal citizens of the country. I say legal because he
has fallen all over himself in the promotion of
unearned legal citizenship status for millions of
law-breaking illegal aliens. It's time for a graceful
exit for this one.

That second Yankee cap belongs to Rudy Guliani. He
wears his legitimately, while Hillary wears hers for
political expediency. Rudy is a fun loving soul and a
man of the world. He carried out his duties as mayor
of New York City admirably, and he went above and
beyond during the crises of 9-11. No running and
hiding in Nebraska for Rudy. A man who is willing to
dress up and play a drag queen is a perfect political
leader for the likes of New York City , but as a
president, he is sadly lacking. A secularist with
little, or no, regard for moral absolutes, he
champions abortion on demand, homosexual deviancy,
embryonic stem cell research and a host of other
social aberrations, which are inimical to Biblical
teachings. Rudy was the man of the hour on 9-11, but
he is not the man to heal the nation.

As for John Kerry, what can I say that people don't
already know? This one has an image of self that is
reflected by his pomposity and arrogance, which is
exceeded only by his dim-wittedness. Unlike, John
McCain, who is a genuine war hero, John Kerry is a
counterfeit hero. He has decked himself out with all
of the trapping and outside appearances, but inside he
is a hollow man. He is cut from the same cloth as his
Massachusetts corpulent senate compatriot who walked
away and left a helpless young woman to drown to save
his own worthless political hide. I'm glad that
Massachusetts owns both of them; it's bad enough that
the rest of the nation has to suffer from their
stupidity.

This nation is soul-sick and there are none on the
political horizon who would write the correct
prescription for a recovery from that illness. The
aforementioned, want to be president, candidates would
undoubtedly follow in the footsteps of George W. Bush,
and his administration, in the sell-out of the
peoples' sovereignty, and a continuing puppet-like
deference to the internationalists, internationalists
who hate our constitution, and especially hate the
fact that our God-given, and thus intrinsic, freedoms
are secured by the Bill of Rights. They hate our Bill
of Rights with a passion, which is the reason these
freedoms are continually under attack by the United
Nations.

One has to wonder if the people would listen anyway to
one who is truly wise and committed to the principles
set forth in the constitution. We are a nation more
apt to follow the lead of corrupt elitists and
pampered celebrities, than we are to swallow the
truth, especially if that truth calls for us to turn
from our hedonistic paths, and trod the rocky road
back to national integrity.

Because of the dim-wittedness of our political leaders
communism, once thought to be dead, is rapidly on the
road to becoming a reality in the United States . Some
opine that if the nations of the world were to
amalgamate into a one-world democratic system the
whole world would be integrated into a wondrous
utopian society. George Bush talks continually of
democratizing the world, does it sound familiar? It
should because that is exactly the propaganda, which
was espoused by Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin, and
which was used to lead the people of Russia, and
ultimately other eastern European and Asiatic nations
into the wretched and vile state of totalitarian
communism.

The world elites would like us to believe that
communism is dead, that suits their purpose
magnificently. Once we believe that lie we are dead
meat. Communism is alive and well in the minds of our
educational hierarchy. And it is alive and well in the
hearts and minds of our liberal politicos and their
like-minded Hollywood friends. Once these people gain
a foothold with socialism, it is a short step to
Bolshevism and the implementation of brute force to
put down dissention and eliminate any vestige of
opposition to the ultimate establishment of
totalitarian control.

There is no way for those who are not afflicted with
the darkness of mind that possesses these pathological
egotists to understand their desire to move the
country from a free society to a totalistic socialist
state. A desire to establish a system, which deprives
people of dignity, scars their souls, decrees
mediocrity, wipes out a middle-class, makes vassals of
an entire people, establishes a dictatorial ruling
elite, and dooms forever the hopes and dreams of the
under-privileged to lift themselves from a sinkhole of
despair can only come from a diseased mind.

Some say that they would rather be dead than red, and
others reverse the saying. The fact is if the nation
continues on its present course, you will be one or
the other. There will be no in betweens.

SUCH EVIDENCE POINTS TO A GROWING NATIONAL CONCERN AS TO HOW SO MANY ILLEGALS ARE GAINING ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT ISSUED DOCUMENTS AND ID'S. FOR MANY, A FOCUS ON THIS KIND OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BY CERTAIN ETHNIC GROUPS WOULD BE CALLED RACIST OR AT THE VERY LEAST - PROFILING. FOR THOSE WHO RESPECT THE RULE OF LAW, IT WOULD BE CALLED "ENFORCEMENT" AND THAT ANYONE AND EVERYONE WOULD BE TREATED THE SAME WAY. TO BE SURE, THE LURE OF A QUICK BUCK - MOST CERTAINLY ATTRACTS THE LEAST HONORABLE OF CHARACTERS, BUT, IT APPEARS THAT AT THE PRESENT TIME - THEY ARE THE ONE'S WHO BELONG TO, WORK WITH, LIVE AMONG AND CATER TO - THE SAME ETHNIC POPULATION. CALL IT RACISM OR CALL IT PROFILING - BOTH TERMS ARE USED TO DISCOURAGE AN HONEST INTENT TO ENFORCE OUR LAWS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THOSE WHO BREAK THEM WILL BE CAUGHT AND PUNISHED.

THE DAYS OF OUT AND OUT RACISM BY SOCIETY AT LARGE IS OVER AND THOSE "HOLDOVERS" OF A CLOUDED AND DISPICABLE PAST GROW FEWER AND FEWER EVERY DAY. AS A NATION, WE CANNOT ALLOW AN INCONVIENCED MINORITY TO CONTINUE TO PLAY THE "RACE" CARD OR CRY FOUL WHEN INDEED INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THEIR ETHNIC MAKEUP DESIRE TO BREAK THE LAWS AND THEN CLAIM THAT IT WAS FOR "MY PEOPLE." SUCH STATEMENTS PROVE THAT "RACISM" IS A CARD WORTH PLAYING AND A DEFENSE WORTH EMPLOYING. THE PROBLEM WITH BOTH IS THAT IT SERVES TO MARK THEIR INTENTIONS AS A GROUP THAT IS ON THE RECORD AS OPPOSING OUR RULE OF LAW AND OUR RIGHT TO CLAIM THAT THE USA IS A SOVERIEGN NATION. EFFORTS BY AMERICANS OF ANY NATIONAL DECENT WHO USE THEIR POSITIONS TO UNDERMINE THE BASIC SYSTEMS WHICH PROTECT OUR INDIVIDUALISM IS NOT ONLY DISPICABLE, BUT CRIMINAL BEYOND WORDS.

AS AMERICANS, WE HAVE GOT TO RECOGNIZE THAT WE ARE BEING INVADED BY ILLEGAL ALIENS; THAT OUR CULTURE AND EVERY ASPECT OF OUR TRADITIONS, VALUES AND RESOURCES ARE BEING RESHAPED BY THE UNFETTERED RAPE OF OUR SOCIETY VIA ANTI-AMERICAN FORCES; PRO-ILLEGAL ALIEN ADVOCATES; BY RELIGIOUS INSITUTIONS AND BY BRIBED AND CORRUPT BUSINESSES AND POLITICIANS. OUR NATION IS IN GREAT DISTRESS AND IN DIRE PERIL. THE ROAD AHEAD APPEARS TO BE INSURMOUNTABLE, BUT, THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS - WE STILL CAN AND MUST OVERCOME THE PERCEPTION THAT WE ARE DOOMED TO LOSE DUE TO THE SEEMINGLY HUGE OPPOSITION THAT CONFRONTS US. OUR DUTY IS TO REMAIN - AMERICAN. OUR OBLIGATION IS TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND DEFEND - AMERICA - BY WHATEVER MEANS ARE REQUIRED AND BY WHATEVER METHODS WE WILL HAVE TO EMPLOY AT THE MOMENT WHEN TWO OPPOSING FORCES CLASH FOR THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION.

ARE WE PREPARED TO BE AN AMERICAN WHEN THE TIME COMES AND CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRE US TO STAND UP FOR AMERICA?

As a teacher, I sat dumbfounded last May 16, 2005, when the Rocky Mountain News inked a story, "What Happened?" to a stunned Denver, Colorado audience. In a five year study starting in 1999 in Denver Public Schools,
5,663 students started the eighth grade. Five years later, only
1,884 graduated from high school. That's a 65 percent drop out/flunk out rate! That's pathetic, if not frightening.

    What was the cause? First of all, 30,000 illegal aliens, speaking 40 different languages, attended Denver schools. Our classrooms suffered thousands of kids functionally illiterate in English with parents functionally illiterate in English and Spanish. The classrooms featured so much incompatible diversity that it created horrific tension, stabbings and death.

Thus, American kids suffered a profoundly dumbed-down educational process. One in five teachers quit or transferred out of those Denver classrooms every nine month cycle during those five years.

    Last week, the Denver Post announced that 30 percent of teachers in Denver schools were not coming back next year. This is a nationwide travesty. Why? As a teacher, I taught in the inner city in the 1970s. It's exasperating beyond understanding to walk into a classroom where children suffer learning disabilities, broken homes, teen pregnancies at 14, 15, 16, multiple languages and violent confrontations with other ethnic groups.
It's impossible to teach. I left my idealism in the ghetto and escaped to a suburban school. But, today, teachers can't escape because over 1.5 million illegal alien students with more than 100 languages attend our kids' schools nationwide. We witness a national breakdown in education.
Last week, Superintendent Roy Romer of Los Angeles public schools resigned in frustration and defeat. California schools match the violence of a war zone.

    Can you imagine such a failure rate across the country? Can you imagine the consequences of an illiterate generation leading this Republic into the 21st century? Folks, this country won't make it. Where is the outrage?

    It takes four aspects for a free and democratic society to maintain itself. It requires a highly educated population that can write, read, think and vote intelligently. It takes a similar moral code whereby everyone adheres to the common good. It requires a similar code of ethics whereby citizens adhere to honesty, doing what is right and maintaining those ethics throughout the social fabric. Finally, it takes a similar language that allows citizens to discuss, debate and resolve problems. We compromise all four with an invasion exceeding four million new people into
the USA annually?20 million illegals to date and climbing. We allow the disintegration of our nation without a whimper. Where is the outrage?

   Last Monday, February 20, 2006, the Rocky Mountain News reported, "Mile-High Drug Hub" making Denver the leading center for drug distribution in the United States. It's part of MS-13 Gang's dispersal of $128 billion in drugs crossing our border with Mexico every year. Ironically, Congress guards South Korea's border with 37,000 troops with our billions in tax dollars, pats down gray-haired ladies at our airports, spends $80 billion annually on the war on drugs, but leaves our border unguarded allowing that $128 billion in drugs to cross year after year. Additionally, terrorists from any country can walk over the Mexican border with a 99 percent chance
of succeeding. Where is the outrage?

    With a growing illegal alien population exceeding 300,000 in Colorado, the state House legislators on Wednesday of last week defeated six bills to stop illegal alien migration. One particular bill, HB 1134, would have given cops the ability to arrest, detain and deport illegals. It was soundly defeated after dozens of citizens, including this Coloradan, testified to support the bill's passage.

    I demanded, "We are tired of being collateral damage for illegal
aliens. We're tired of being raped, killed, robbed and our schools being rashed by multiple languages while our m edical systems take better care of illegals than our own citizens."

    Representative Francesca Natividad Coleman remarked that it was a Federal issue. I retorted, "We're the ones getting killed and raped here locally and we're tired of it." Last year, three Coloradans were killed by illegals; Greeley, Colorado suffered 270 hit and run car accidents alone; eight rapes by illegal aliens in Boulder and thousands of robberies. Where is the outrage?

    To top off the crisis in our Denver schools, the Rocky Mountain News reported the next day, February 21, 2006, "Welfare Surges 45%" with an increase of 4,743 cases. They said it was tough job hunting, but neglected to mention that 300,000 illegal aliens in Colorado stole jobs from Coloradans in every sector: drywall, construction, landscaping, fast food, house painting, janitorial, paving and dozens of other jobs formerly worked by Coloradans. Where is the outrage?

    Denver Mayor Hickenlooper hired illegal aliens long before he was mayor and one of his illegal employees, Raul Gomez-Garcia, killed Denver police officer Don Young last May. Hickenlooper stood in direct violation of federal laws and could have been fined $2, 000.00 per illegal alien hired (estimated at 70 working in his restaurants) and he could have gone to prison for five years. Governor Owens actually endorsed a booklet showing
illegal aliens how to imbed themselves in Colorado. He aided and abetted illegal aliens, but didn't receive a slap on the wrist. Where is the outrage?

    Since it's happening in my state with 300,000 illegal aliens, can you imagine what is happening in California with three million? Or, North Carolina with one million? How about Illinois with one million illegals? How about Texas with 1.5 million? I know Texans pay over $4.1 billion annually for educating their massive load of student illegals Where is the outrage?

    We're being colonized with over nine million illegal alien Mexicans crashing our schools, medical systems, language, culture, parks, tax and welfare systems. One look at the headlines of major newspapers across the country echoes and mirrors the Rocky Mountain News. Where is the outrage?

    It stupefies me beyond comprehension that Americans sit back and watch this invasion of their country without any outrage. Worse, without any response! More than that--without a concern for their own kids' future! Even more horrific, the line of immigrants from Mexico (and the world) shows no sign of stopping, as the number of Mexicans grows from their current 106 million to 200 million in this century.

    As I open this can of worms weekly; as I expose this accelerating
national crisis weekly; as you experience its quickening day by day? I would think the outrage would reach fantastic levels. But it is not! In fact, Bush, Congress and governors of all 50 states not only watch it happen they actively aid and abet it Arlan Specter of Pennsylvania wants to add another one to two million legal immigrants annually. Senators John McCain and Ted Kennedy want to give amnesty to 20 million illegals and add more in
a guest worker program. Utah's Chris Cannon welcomes millions of Mexicans as he encourages their takeover of our country. His sidekick Senator Orrin Hatch mirrors that sentiment. Representative Joe Baca of California actively promotes the takeover of California by Mexico as he endorses "Reconquista of Aztlan." As Mark Twain said, "Suppose you were an idiot; and suppose you were a member of Congress; but then, I repeat myself." Twain got it right, but where is the outrage?

    While 85 to 95 percent of the American public wants our borders secured, they stand around quietly sucking their thumbs while doing nothing. However, the outrage and arrogance of millions of illegal alien migrants in America advances like Paris, France's recent experience with
immigration? 10,000 fire bombed cars and a month-long conflagration! We watched stupidly as if it won't happen to us. Think again!

Let's look at the last 6 years, the largest mass murder of American citizens since Pearl Harbor, the Constitution and Bill of Rights gutted, A Nazi spawned Homeland Security branch of government put in place, a president given the power to order the torture of American citizens, or have them executed.

It's a done deal, and too late to stop the destruction of America.

We can send a message election day though, I have been a Republican all my life, but this election day, I will vote against every republican on the ballot.

Sad to say, most Americans have no clue as to what's happened to them or their Nation, and the ones that know is to scared to resist.

All that is left is the 2nd Amendment, and even as I write this, they are preparing to wipe that out to.

I am an former Cop, an ex Marine, 2 years in the Texas 36th infentry. I have stood on the front line defending the Constitution and the militias, for 12 years, not from hideing ,but on the line up front, so my question is, where are the men that has taken an oath in the police world, in the military, and most of all ,in the Militia, that swore t0 up hold the Constitution of the United States. I met many at Knob Creek, at national meetings, why are these men not standing by my side.

I have asked my self this question a hundred times, If I quit and hang it up, I will feel that I have deserted my children and grand children, and my nation, that's the way I would see it.
